Description
My first attempt at sculpture :3
It's an Umbreon I sculpted for =ninacat309
If this becomes more popular, I'll start commissioning different pokemon figurines! If you're interested, feel free to send me a note.
This was actually much harder than I anticipated. It took me a few hours to sculpt it, and maybe three hours to paint. Then I used a spray-on varnish to shine it. Then I spent another two hours making that pesky little hat! I had to shape it to fit just right on his head. I'll probably make it a few more hats eventually too.
I'm hoping to keep working and improve my sculpture method.
Basic size: The body is about the length of two quarters, and it's an inch thick and two inches at its highest point.
Made with white Sculpey brand clay and Acrylic Paints.
All artwork is (c) to me. Please do not replicate or use this image without my permission. Umbreon is (c) to Nintendo

Cute pose! That's good for a first time sculpture, it looks in proportion. The paint just needs some retouching in some areas and less shakiness.
